Service oriented Project Management
|
Writing business requirements for service oriented applications with classical methods requirements capture generates in most cases a bad use of services oriented development or worst an impossibility to implement business requirements with oriented services best practices. Indeed, service oriented development relies on accurate definition on services that make up business processes. So since business analysts, as they are used to, create linear specifications to describe a business process, services definitions are left to technical people understanding. As a result, services are designed with technical concerns and not for being reusable at the business process level and as a result services oriented development seems inefficient in reusing or saving time and money. So at Pymma we believe that service oriented development always starts with a service oriented analysis and services oriented requirements. With that objective in mind, Pymma designed a simple and efficient development process (Rebecca) with a strong service oriented orientation. In order to test and improve OpenESB architectures and configuration, Pymma set up in a scalable cloud with OpenESB instances. This powerful environment is used for benchmarks and proof of concepts.
